Scan your document and upload it
Deposit fee online only
Your PAN card will be ready.
PAN cards can also be made in this way:
Go to the http://www.incometaxindia.gov.in/Pages/default.aspx link.
Click on APL Online to go to PAN option.
By submitting the form using NSDL or UTIITSL, you can submit it.
The fee for this is Rs. 96.
Make a payment using a credit card / debit card or net banking
After payment and after applying your application, print out the identification form and put your photo on it and sign it.
By linking the required document with it, the courier or the speed post will be sent to NSDL / UTIITSL.
