This result with the revised score and the revised list of Candidates shortlisted for appearing in Aptitude test supersedes the result published on 05-04-19. 2.0 : The Aptitude Test will be a Computer Based Aptitude Test of 71 minutes duration. The Computer Based Aptitude Test will have a Test Battery comprising of five tests and the candidates will have to secure a minimum T-Score of 42 in each test of the test battery to qualify for the post of Assistant Loco Pilot. This is applicable to all candidates and no relaxation is permissible on any ground. There will be no negative marking in Computer Based Aptitude Test

Applications are invited for one post of Project Assistant in Inflammatory Biology under a DBT funded project. Project title: “Synthesis of natural product congeners to reinvigorate te investigation of their chemistry & activity against inflammatory parthenogenesis”

Funding agency: Department of Bio-Technology (DBT), Govt. of India
Fellowship: Rs. 8000/- per month (Consolidated)

Educational Qualification: M.Sc. in Biological Sciences with a minimum of 55% marks. At least 6-months of work experience in the relevant area of cell biology, hands-on experience with cells culture including cancer cells, Western blotting, ELISA etc.

Desired: (a) Prior experience in the cell culture. (b) Previous laboratory experience is a plus.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on an interview.

Junior Research Fellow (JRF – 01 Post) for the project titled Development of novel two-dimensional materials and their nanocarbon composites as efficient photo and electrocatalyst for hydrogen generation from water funded by Science & Engineering Research Board (SERB), Department of Science & Technology, Government of India.

Posts: Junior Research Fellow (JRF)Educational Qualification: M.Sc. from a recognized University in either of the following disciplines: Chemistry, Physics, Materials Science, Nanotechnology. Additionally, the candidate is required to possess a valid CSIR-NET qualification (JRF/Lectureship) or GATE score.
M.Sc. from a recognized University inn either of the following disciplines - Chemistry/ Physics/ Material Science/ Nano-technology

Desired Skills: Experience in solution chemistry, thin film, bulk and nano material preparation, Vacuum techniques, Modern Analytical techniques and tools used in material science.

Duration: One year, (May be extended to 2nd and 3rd year based on the performance)

Fellowship: Rs. 25,000.00 per month + (20% HRA)
